In this episode of CT Valley Views, Susan Regan interviews Gary Levvis, Ph.D., philosophy and law lecturer at University of Connecticut Torrington, who explains how the systemic epidemic of human trafficking pervades all economic levels of Connecticut residents. This social ill has been intensified by the rampant existence of adult porn on the internet and degrading images of women in the media, which have contributed to bringing prostitution and human trafficking to a status of normalcy and acceptance to our communities’ backdoors.
